Travel Arrangements
- Make your own arrangements to Dehradun Airport (DED), India from your respective origin city.
- From Airport transfer to Rishikesh, cab service will be provided to the venue(on particular time only) The arrival time to be mentioned beforehand.

1. Taking a dip in sacred Ganga
Why is it important to take Ganga snan?
It is considered the purest and is regarded as a mother. According to Hindu mythology, Ganges originated from the head of lord Shiva and came to earth to bring life on the planet. Till date the ‘Ganga snan’ or taking a dip in the river Ganga is one of the most important rituals that takes place in the country.
2. Dynamic Asana practice
Dynamic poses will improve your body’s strength and stability, body balance, and mental well-being to provide you with some inner peace and tranquility. Dynamic yoga poses are also simple to practice if you’re starting out on yoga. All you have to do is to listen to your body and adjust depending on your limitations.
3. Meditation & Pranayama practice
Practicing Pranayama: The goal of pranayama is to strengthen the connection between your body and mind. According to research, pranayama can promote relaxation and mindfulness. 7. Marma therapy
During your stay with us we provide treatment also teach you few basic techniques to treat and heal for yourself and also to your family and friends during any kind of emergency.
Marma points therapy is a traditional Ayurvedic massage technique that’s believed to help sustain the flow of energy throughout your body. There are 107 marma points located around your body. Stimulation of these points is said to affect everything from the health of your organs to the production of hormones and more
8. Sound healing
The healing mechanism of sound lies in its ability to induce an altered state of consciousness by vibrating our cells at different frequencies. This causes us to enter into a flow state where we’re more relaxed and focused at the same time—a perfect combination for healing!

We teach the rhythmic yoga asanas sequence synchronizing the movement with the music and prepare you for a performance in the bank of mighty ganga and gift you the beautiful lifetime memory of your performance video.
10. Ganga Aarti
We give the wonderfull opportunity for our participants to do the Ganga aarti personally with the guidance of Pandit jee.
